Smriti Gram is 300 bed dementia care facility, offering a supportive and safe environment where persons with dementia can lead fulfilling lives. By creating such a facility, Nightingales Medical Trust will set a precedent in India, demonstrating a commitment to innovative and person-centered care for dementia patients. 100 beds will be earmarked for persons from economically weaker backgrounds, and care will be provided free of cost.
This call for tenders is for phase 1 with approximately 30000 sft constructed space for 100 patient beds, kitchen and a hostel for 40 staff. Building plans available for viewing at NMT Head Office at Kasturinagar, Bangalore.
