SWATI BHANDARY

Swati Bhandary has more than 20 years of experience as a social work professional. After working for seven years in the field of child care, she joined NMT in 2006 as a centre manager. Her career path has grown with the organization and she presently holds the position of Associate Director of the Trust. She is also responsible for resource mobilization and liaison work with the government and other stakeholders and interacts closely with the management and other leads to achieve the goals of the Trust.

ROGER EPHRAIM

Roger is a management professional with interest in the professional development of non-profits. With a medical background and Management Degrees in Hospital Management and Project Management, Roger has over 18 years experience in the non-profit healthcare sector. At NMT, Roger is the Deputy Director, handling the IT and Communications Departments, events and the development of new projects. He also heads the verticals of the Trust addressing Elder Abuse and Livelihoods.

RAMANI SUNDARAM

As Deputy Director, Ramani Sundaram handles the Active Ageing and Dementia care projects of the Trust. She also handles the Training department and the programs therein. With a MSc in Neurosciences and supplemented by a MBA, Ramani has been key in the conceptualization and set up of a few of the projects of Nightingales Medical Trust.
