Swati Bhandary has more than 20 years of experience as a social work professional. After seven years of work in the field of child care, she joined NMT in 2006 as a centre manager. Her career path has grown with the organization and she presently holds the position of Associate Director of the Trust. She is also responsible for resource mobilization and liaison work with the government and other stakeholders and interacts closely with the management and other team leads to achieve the goals of the Trust.
